Diana @ the hotel did some digging into the issue & found a mistake in booking for an extra nights stay with another Marriott with the same name. The other Marriott manager was great when i explained to him the problem & I'm getting a full refund for the no show charge. Both employees were great so Marriott is still number 1 in my book

I stayed at the Marriott turnpike west in Medley FL they double billed my corporate card for a business stay & claims they have no record of it even though It's on the credit card issuers statement, Marriott corporate when contacted was even more clueless & said the hotel would get back to me in 24 hours Still waiting no response. Very sad customer service, hotel is difficult to deal with.
Now I had to file a complaint with Sun Trust bank.
It would be really nice if they would resolve this issue promptly. But I guess I'm grabbing at stray based on their current proformance
