I have emailed corporate many times in the past two weeks and they continue to ignore me. Just this morning I received two emails from Customer.Care@***.com and they sent two case Numbers #53717**** after I told them I would be filing a complaint with you, then a second case number for my points they promised to give back and they still have not she told me five business days and it's been over ten.
That case number is #53717****. My mail was mixed up by SAL NIGHT MANAGER AND FRONT DESK THREATENED AND HARASSED ME LYING ON ME CALLING ME TELLING ME YALL NEED TO BE QUIET AND ACCUSED ME OF HAVING A MAN IN MY ROOM WHEN IM DISABLED SINGLE WOMAN GRIEVING MY LITTLE SISTERS RECENT PASSING AND TRYING TO PLAN HER FUNERAL. MANY MORE THINGS HAPPENED LIKE THE FRONT DESK GUY MAKING THREATENING PUNCHING MOVEMENTS AT ME WITH HIS FIST ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AND THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED TO ME.I CHECKED OUT UNDER DURESS AND THE BLACK LADY AT FRONT DESK NEVER CARED!
RUDE TREATMENT BY ALL STAFF EXCEPT WHITE LADY JOANNE I TIPPED HER IN CASH..SHE WAS ONLY PROFESSIONAL STAFF THE WHOLE TIME.
My one star GOOLE REVIEW HAS STILL NOT BEEN REPLIED TO!!! SO NOW IM COMPLAINING TO YOU.

Hello, I'm Bryan Seymore. I am sending a message to report an incident that occurred on 02/15/24.
I went for an interview at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Mary North. Mrs. Bonita came out and started accusing me of being drunk or high and I told her I don't do drugs, but she kept asking me repeatedly if I was high or drunk. While she was interviewing me, she was talking to me as if he was on drugs and I told her that I am not on drugs.
She asked me what I do and I told her I'm a 20 year old real estate agent, but she doesn't believe anything I say because she thinks I'm on drugs. As we wrapped up the interview, she said she was going to talk to another manager to see if I would be a good fit for the job and five minutes passed, she came back and told the other manager on the phone that she couldn't talk to him.
but she will call me next week to tell me if I have the job or not in a sarcastic way. When I go to my car, she calls me and tells me that my tattoos, khakis, and collar are unprofessional for this type of environment and then starts comparing me to her son.

Unauthorized charges to my credit card
Greetings, I paid for my stay at Courtyard by Marriott in North Brunswick Dec 2-Dec 3 through Expedia.com. I gave my credit card information to the front desk for incidentals which was correctly charged, however, I received payment information from my Capital One card confirming a pending charge of $140.
I spoke with front desk, Carmen, who assisted in zeroing this charge, and it is still understandably pending with my bank. Upon checking out, I received another pending charge of this time $140.39, another unauthorized transaction. I called again to find out it processed through because of my checking out and there is nothing that can be done. I am now out of almost $500 (the $182 I originally paid through EXPEDIA plus these now pending charges of 280.39) in pending charges for one night!
My bank can not help until the pending charged clear, meaning not only am I stuck with no money until this clears, but my bills are also not going to be paid on time! All for a relaxing weekend that just turned into a nightmare I will be fixing for a while. This is completely unacceptable. I need someone to inform me on what is going, who made different charges (very strategic), and considering how that wasn't even the cost of my stay, how was this even able to happen?
I need answers, a refund, and to know what you're going to do about this.
Update: they informed me on their error. The representative I spoke with yesterday was informative and he was able to actually resolve my issue.

So myself, wife, infant daughter, toddler and 7 year old stayed at the courtyard Marriott at 16700 northcross drive in Huntersville, NC. First the room smelled horrible.
We complained for a day and a half to the front desk and they never sent anyone after assuring us they would. We finally ran into the housekeeping team with the manager. After an arguement and then telling us they dont clean rooms until someone has been there for 3 days(which is absurd in itself). They finally agreed to clean the room.
So my wife and i took the kids out when they were cleaning. We got back to the room to find that all they did was clean the floors and take out the trash. The bed and sheets werent touched. The towels werent touched.
They did next to nothing. We also discovered that our full bottle of vodka we just purchased was more than half gone. We didnt drink it and we were the only ones in the room besides housekeeping. When i complained to the manager downstairs he just blamed it on us and said we drank it and dont remember.
Completely disregarded everything i told him In a very rude way. I explained to him the issue with the smell and having to track down housekeeping myself which he also disregarded. When i told him the service here is garbage his response was well why are you still staying here then. This man was one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered in a hotel.
He even continued to taunt me on my way back to the elevator. And if i didnt have my 3 kids we would be leaving this second. But its already past their bedtime so we are stuck here. I will never stay here again and would think more than twice about staying at another one anywhere else.
I am appalled at the service here and for 200$ a night its just outright wrong. We cant even use the pool here we have to go next door to a different hotel.
